The Swift Dangler is an abdominal pouch for your plate carrier to provide the user or  responder rapid access to their life saving medical gear. This pouch utilizes buckles instead of ripaway velcro or being permenantly fixed to your carrier. 
 
The interior of this pouch allows the user to attach the Swift Dangler Insert, or another companies insert if they so choose so long as it utilizes velcro! Giving you the ability to organize the medical gear stored in your dangler.
